A Case of Ruptured Dermoid Cyst During Last Trimester of Pregnancy

Abstract
|
|
|
A case of reptured ovarian tumor during third trimester of pregnancy is presented with it´s review of literatures.
Rupture of ovarian cyst is rare during pregnancy, and the clinical diagnosis is more difficult. During pregnancy, the classic clinical signs are masked as the enlarging uterus alters anatomical and tophographical landmarks, conceals muscular responses by stretching the abdominal wall, and makes difficult to palpate the intraperitoneal masses.
